Schlage provides a dedicated staff of extensively trained security industry veterans to support our valued customers and products in the field. They are specifically trained on Schlage product lines by the Schlage Electronic Security training team, which developed the products. Additionally, all have received extensive customer service and telephony training. Support is available to dealers from 8am to 8pm EST.
